Classes

Our Class List

Beginner
For dancers with little or no prior training. Classes introduce basic coordination, weight shifts, simple footwork, and timing. Instruction moves at a slower pace with repetition, focusing on learning how to pick up choreography, understand body alignment, and build comfort moving in space.

Intermediate
For dancers who can retain choreography at a moderate speed and are familiar with foundational technique. Classes include more complex transitions, directional changes, musicality variations, and longer phrases. Expect less breakdown, quicker pacing, and an emphasis on control, consistency, and execution.

All Levels
Suitable for dancers with varying experience who can adapt within a shared class. Instructors provide multiple options for difficulty, allowing beginners to focus on clarity while more experienced dancers work on dynamics, textures, and performance quality. The structure accommodates different learning speeds without separating the room.

Advanced
For experienced dancers with strong technique, fast retention, and the ability to learn choreography with minimal breakdown. Classes move quickly, incorporating intricate musicality, stamina demands, and detailed stylistic choices. Expect limited review, precision-focused notes, and an assumption of prior training and body awareness.
